In consideration of Rosston Eddy Marina’s 2008 Scavenger Hunt accepting this application, the undersigned for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and
assigns hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rosston Eddy Marina’s 2008 Scavenger Hunt, its sponsors, organizers, committee officials and
each of their respective representatives, agents or employees from any claim, demands, damages, actions or causes of action arising out of or in consequence of
any loss, injury, or damage to my person or property incurred from any cause whatsoever, in consequence of attendance or participation in the Rosston Eddy Marina’
s 2008 Scavenger Hunt event notwithstanding that any such loss of injury or damage may have arisen by reason of the negligence of Rosston Eddy Marina’s 2008
Scavenger Hunt its sponsors, organizers and committee officials harmless and does hereby indemnify them from any and all liability for personal injury or property
damage to third parties which may occur in any manner arising out of my attendance or participation in said Poker Run.

The undersigned further acknowledges that the Rosston Eddy Marina’s 2008 Scavenger Hunt is not a race and that speed in no way determines the outcome of the
event and hereby agrees to abide to all the rules, directives, and conditions of the Scavenger Hunt, as set forth by the organizers, either verbally or in writing, before
or during the Rosston Eddy Marina’s 2008 Scavenger Hunt.

The undersigned further agrees that the boat named in the application form is in safe operating condition and complies with and meets and is equipped with the
prescribed equipment of the small vessel regulation of the United State Coast Guard and Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission.

By signing below and submitting this registration form and payment, I understand that the Registration Fee is NON-refundable but can be transferred to another party.
The other party must then complete a Registration Form and sign a Rosston Eddy Marina’s 2008 Scavenger Hunt Waiver and Release Form.

I understand and agree that, as a condition of participation in Rosston Eddy Marina’s 2008 Scavenger Hunt, that my likeness or that of my passengers may be used
for future advertising by the sponsors of this event without remuneration to me or my passengers.

I understand and agree that I must be present in order to be eligible to quality to receive any prize that might be awarded to me or my team.

I also agree that I, and each person onboard my vessel, will adhere to all federal, state, and local boating laws during the event. Furthermore, I agree that the driver
of the vessel will not consume any alcoholic beverages or use any drugs that impair judgment during the boating portion of this event. I also certify that the boat will
be insured for public liability and property damage.

Bad weather contingency plans for this event are as follows:
In case of foul weather – some rain, and windy/cloudy conditions -- the event will proceed as scheduled on the date scheduled: July 12th. However, activities may
be changed or grouped together if unsafe docking conditions are in effect. Event course, activities, and prizes may change due to weather and final number of
participants.

In case of extremely inclement weather or inordinately high water on July 12th, Rosston Eddy Marina’s 2008 Scavenger Hunt will be delayed until Saturday, July
26th, with a shortened, foul weather course. Please call 724.763.1202 the day of the event if you want to verify event activity.
